The product is delivered within 3-5 working days. If you cannot pick up the order the courier company will contact you twice again to deliver the parcel. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
Variance in the color or texture of the product might occur due to digital display. Rici Melion would not return or exchange products for this particular reason.
Return and exchange are not possible in the following cases:
- If the product delivered is not in its authentic form i.e. (labels, tags, packing or accessories are missing)
- The time allowed for return or exchange has expired.
- The product is defective because of its use.
Items ordered online can only be exchanged through our customer service department, and it is impossible to return them at our Flagship store. If you want to exchange a defective item, you have to email us the images of defected products at email@example.com
Our team will evaluate the defect and in case of approval of the request, you can get any product of equal price in exchange for the defective product.
In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. The refunded amount will only include the cost of the item(s) and taxes, shipping cost is non-refundable. The process of return takes up to 14 days. It can take up to two billing cycles for the credit to be shown on the credit card statement.
Order can be canceled any time before its confirmation. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number of your parcel. After the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and comes under Return & Exchange Policy. Rici Melion has the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. Reasons for order cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:
- The item is out of stock.
- Credit Card used for purchase is not accepted.
- There are any pricing errors.
